Peter Brooks
Land Manager

Peter joined Croudace in 1982 and worked primarily in the Planning and Material Control department on a wide variety of projects. Peter has worked with the majority of the Croudace systems and departments. Following the formation of Croudace Partnerships Ltd Peter was promoted to Business Development Manager. Peter took on the responsibility for Land in April 2011 and can bring his extensive knowledge and experience in residential development to the Partnerships brand.

Peter played rugby for Richmond RFC in the amateur days and will be happy to talk through his only try, scored against a touring South African Team, over a glass or two!

Richard Morris
Land Developer

Richard joined Croudace in 2010 having worked previously in housing development. Following completion of his MSc in Real Estate Economics & Development in 2008, Richard recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

Richard is very interested in history having gained a BA in the subject. He is also interested in classic cars, sport and regularly attempts to play tennis and squash.
